We are a brand that aims to provide products that “Enhance Your Everyday” that stand by our core brand values; minimalism, simplicity, dual-purpose & effectiveness.

We are based in the United Kingdom.

Are your products all-natural?

No. We use ingredients that are both natural and lab created. We focus on ingredients that are safe and effective, whether natural or synthetic.

Are your products Cruelty Free?

Yes, our products are Cruelty Free.

Are your products Vegan?

Our products do not contain any deliberately added raw materials of animal origin, based on data provided by our suppliers.

How can I find out more information about a product?

We aim to share as much information in the individual product description section of each product on our website as possible. However, if you are still unsure, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

How do I find out what ingredients are in your products?

We share a full ingredient list for all products on their individual product page.

How can I find out if a product is coming back in stock?

Sign up to be notified on the product page and we will email you when the product becomes available.

Will you just sell beauty products?

byfrow has plans to introduce a range of lifestyle related products to the market.

Tell me more about your cartons being made from agricultural waste?

When crops like rice, grain, or sugarcane are harvested, only about 20% — such as seeds, fruits, roots, or juices — becomes food. The other 80%, mainly stems and leaves, is left behind as by-product with little use in the food industry. Our chosen paper supplier uses this as a valuable raw material for creating high-quality, sustainable paper and paperboard.

What are you doing for your responsibility on the environment?

We take accountability for being part of an industry that has a huge impact on the environment and are committed to making choices in our ingredients, packaging and shipping that better serve our environment and communities.

What ingredients are not used in your products?

Silicones, Parabens, Sulphates, Talc, Phthalates, Petrolatum, Paraffin Oil/Wax, Mineral Oils, Unsustainable Palm Oil

Where is my order?

If you signed up for an account, you can check the status from your account page, you will also receive an email when your order is updated/dispatched. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We are unable to make any changes or edits to your orders. Please ensure you review all information carefully before completing your order.

How long does it take for an order to be processed and shipped?

Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day. Goods are dispatched on working days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on the next working day. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Do you offer gift cards?

Currently, we do not offer gift cards.

What payment methods do you accept?

Most major debit and credit cards, such as American Express, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Apple Pay.

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently deliver to the following territories (only); UK, Ireland, France, Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal, Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Denmark, Italy, Sweden, Spain (Excluding Canary Islands) and Greece. Please note that for EU shipments you may experience slightly longer delivery times. Please see our shipping page for more information.

What shipping couriers do you use?

We currently ship with Royal Mail & DPD.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping is free for all orders £49 or more in the UK. All EU shipment fees are chargeable. Please see our shipping page for more information.

Do you accept returns?

You have legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for most online purchases, and request a return. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging (including tamper seal). Certain exclusions apply (please see our Privacy Policy & Terms for details).
