Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays.

We are unable to make any changes or edits to your orders. Please ensure you review your information before completing your order.

We ship to all listed EU countries duties paid; this ensures smooth delivery within the EU with no extra VAT or customs handling fees due upon arrival. For orders being sent outside the EU and UK, these will be sent duties unpaid, meaning the customer is responsible for handling these fees.

At this time, we do not currently support APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box address shipping. Stay tuned for when these additional delivery services are available!

Customs & Duties

For all listed EU countries and the UK no additional customs charges should be due on delivery as shipments are sent Duties Paid.

In the unlikely event that customs duties are applied; charges are the customer’s liability. These charges are not controlled or collected by the seller and vary depending on the destination country’s regulations and the value or type of goods imported. As such, the seller cannot include or predict these costs in advance, and it is the customer’s responsibility to pay any applicable fees to release their order from customs.

For countries outside the EU and UK customs charges are the customer’s liability, as shipments to these destinations are sent Duties Unpaid.

Returns Policy

You have legal rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, for most online purchases, and request a return. Products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging (including tamper seal). Certain exclusions apply (please see our Privacy Policy & Terms for details).
