Orders placed before 1pm (UK time) will be dispatched the same day. Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and weekends. Orders placed on weekends will be dispatched on Mondays.

We are unable to make any changes or edits to your orders. Please ensure you review your information before completing your order.

Our business ships using an IOSS number, so all VAT is prepaid and included in the price you pay at checkout; this ensures smooth delivery within the EU with no extra VAT or customs handling fees due upon arrival.

At this time, we do not currently support APO/FPO/DPO and PO Box address shipping. Stay tuned for when these additional delivery services are available!

Returns Policy
