Terms & Conditions
- Gift cards may only be redeemed online at byfrow.com against physical products available for purchase on the website.
- Gift cards are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase, unless a longer validity period is required by applicable local law.
- Gift cards are a digital product and will be delivered by email immediately after purchase to the email address provided at checkout. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and for forwarding the gift card to the intended recipient where applicable.
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash alternative or change will be provided.
- Gift cards are not transferable and may not be resold. Gift cards are not refundable except where required by applicable law.
- Gift cards may be used across multiple orders. Any remaining balance will remain available against the gift card code until the balance has been used in full.
- Where the total value of an order exceeds the available gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method at checkout.
- Shipping costs and any other applicable charges may be paid using the gift card and will be deducted from the available balance.
- Gift cards may be used in combination with other gift cards (up to 5 total) in the same order.
- Gift cards may be used in conjunction with any applicable promotional offers or discount codes, subject to the terms and conditions of those offers or codes.
- If an order purchased using a gift card is subsequently refunded, the applicable refund will be credited back to the original gift card, subject to our returns and refund policy and applicable consumer rights.
- byfrow is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, deleted, intercepted or used without authorisation after delivery.
- byfrow reserves the right to refuse, cancel or suspend a gift card where we reasonably suspect fraud, unauthorised use, unlawful activity or that the gift card was issued or obtained in error.
- byfrow reserves the right to amend these terms from time to time. Any changes will not affect gift cards already purchased except where required by law.
- Gift cards are subject to these terms and our standard website Terms & Conditions.
- Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
